Hot & Cold Veg Lunch
Roasted Veggies, I picked carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
(cut to cook evenly) Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, lightly tossed it your favorite oil ( I like olive oil)
A 1/4 cup of plain hummus
1/2 an avocado chopped
The balance of the hot and cold, is delicious! A must try.
