Raw Vegan Breakfast Recipes

Red and Orange Juices

Rose Kiss
Turmeric Tonic
Ingredients:
• 1 lime, peeled and juiced
• 1 pineapple, peeled and cut
• 4 cups cubed watermelon
• ¼ beet, chopped
• 1 teaspoon rose water
• Basil or mint, to taste
(optional)
Directions:
• Run the ingredients through the juicer, with the lime
going first. Add the rose water into the mixture last.
• Feel free to strain to get a smoother, richer juice. Add the
basil or mint if you like.
• If the juice does not come out to be 32 ounces, juice more
pineapple or watermelon to add more liquid.
The Orange Dr
​Ingredients:
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 1 bunch of spinach
• 2 pounds of carrots
• 1 head of celery
• Optional: 1 beet
Directions:
• Peel, cut, and chop your ingredients.
• Run the ingredients through the juicer, with the
parsley and spinach going first.
• Use a strainer to get a smoother, richer juice.
• If the juice does not come out to be 32 ounces,
feel free to juice more carrot or celery.
• For added benefit, add one beet.
• Pour into a glass. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
• 3 large thumbs of turmeric (more if desired)
• 1 large thumb of ginger (more if desired)
• Juice of one lime, peeled
• 4-6 large carrots
• 1-2 cups pineapple, peeled and cut
• 8 oranges, peeled
Directions:
• Peel, cut, and chop your ingredients.
• Run the ingredients through your juicer, with the turmeric,
ginger, and lime going first.
• Run the rest of the ingredients through your juicer.
• Strain the juice to make it smoother, if desired. Enjoy

Green Juices

Green Spritzer
​​Ingredients:
• 2 large thumbs of ginger
• Juice of 2 limes
• 1 large handful of mint (approximately 1 full cup)
• 5 apples
• 2 cucumbers
• Optional: 1 cup chopped pineapple
• Optional: 1 cup sparkling water
Directions:
• Peel, cut, and chop your ingredients.
• Run the ingredients through the juicer, with the
ginger, lime, and mint going first.
• Use a strainer to get a smoother, richer juice.
• If the juice does not come out to be 32 ounces, feel
free to juice more apple
Rebuild Restore
Ingredients:
• 1 lime, peeled and juiced
• 1 small bulb fennel
• 2 large handfuls spinach
• 6 Fuji apples
• 2 cucumbers
Directions:
• Peel, cut, and chop your ingredients.
• Run the ingredients through the juicer, with the lime,
fennel, and spinach going first.
• Use a strainer to get a smoother, richer juice.
• If the juice does not come out to be 32 ounces, feel free to
juice more apple or cucumber.

Detox Super Green Juice
Ingredients for the Tomato Soup:
• large thumb ginger
• 2 small lemons, peeled
• 1 bunch cilantro
• 1 bunch sweet basil leaf basil
• 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
• 1 bunch green curly kale
• 1 handful watercress
• 2 small cucumbers
• 1 head celery
Directions:
• In the juicer, run the ginger, lemon, and
herbs through the machine first.
• Next, run the rest of your greens through the
juicer. Leave the celery for last to fully clean
out the juicer and make it easier for you to
clean later on.
• Strain the juice through a strainer to get it
super smooth.
• Pour and enjoy!

Smoothies 

Mango smoothie Bowl
Raspberry Funday Smoothie
​Ingredients:
• 2 large mangos, peeled and
cut
• 3 ripe bananas, peeled and cut
• ½ cup coconut water
• ½ cup passion fruit puree
or fresh passion fruit (if
you cannot find this, add
pineapple)
• 2 teaspoons coconut nectar
Toppings:
• Feel free to sprinkle the top
with coconut flakes, extra
sliced mango, berries, or
sweet cacao nibs.
Directions:
• In your high-speed blender, combine all ingredients until
completely smooth.
• Place the mixture in a bowl and add your toppings.
• Serve with a spoon and enjoy!
Chocolate Cherry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 5 ripe bananas, peeled
• 1 to 2 cups of frozen cherries, pitted
• 1 scoop of chocolate Sunwarrior protein powder
• 1 cup of raw coconut water
• Optional: sweet cacao nibs to sprinkle on top
Directions:
• Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed
blender until smooth.
• Pour and enjoy!
• Best enjoyed and stored in a glass Mason jar.
Ingredients:
• 5 to 6 bananas
• 1 cup frozen raspberries
• One a cup of almond, coconut mylk, or cashew mylk
• 1 scoop of vanilla Sunwarrior protein powder
• For the toppings: Any of: dried mulberries, sweet
cacao nibs, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and
shredded coconut
Directions:
• Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Your smoothie should come out pink!
• Pour your smoothie into a glass jar or a bowl,
and top with your dried mulberries, sweet cacao
nibs, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and
shredded coconut.
• Grab a spoon and enjoy!
