Turmeric Tonic
|
Ingredients:
• 1 lime, peeled and juiced • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut • 4 cups cubed watermelon • ¼ beet, chopped • 1 teaspoon rose water • Basil or mint, to taste (optional) Directions: • Run the ingredients through the juicer, with the lime going first. Add the rose water into the mixture last. • Feel free to strain to get a smoother, richer juice. • 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
• 1 bunch green curly kale
• 1 handful watercress
• 2 small cucumbers
• 1 head celery
Directions:
• In the juicer, run the ginger, lemon, and
herbs through the machine first.
• Next, run the rest of your greens through the
juicer. Leave the celery for last to fully clean
out the juicer and make it easier for you to
clean later on.
• Strain the juice through a strainer to get it
super smooth.
• Pour and enjoy!

Raspberry Funday Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 2 large mangos, peeled and cut • 3 ripe bananas, peeled and cut • ½ cup coconut water • ½ cup passion fruit puree or fresh passion fruit (if you cannot find this, add pineapple) • 2 teaspoons coconut nectar Toppings: • Feel free to sprinkle the top with coconut flakes, extra sliced mango, berries, or sweet cacao nibs. Directions: • In your high-speed blender, combine all ingredients until completely smooth. • Place the mixture in a bowl and add your toppings. • Serve with a spoon and enjoy! Chocolate Cherry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 5 ripe bananas, peeled • 1 to 2 cups of frozen cherries, pitted • 1 scoop of chocolate Sunwarrior protein powder • 1 cup of raw coconut water • Optional: sweet cacao nibs to sprinkle on top Directions: • Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. • Pour and enjoy! • Best enjoyed and stored in a glass Mason jar. |
