12 Medjool Dates - pitted and roughly cut About 3 cups candied Pecans* Cinnamon Pure organic maple syrup Food processor
*Candied Pecans: preheat oven to 350f. Place raw pecan halves or pieces on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Drizzle with about 2 T pure maple syrup. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Mix well and spread in a single layer. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool completely.
Put dates and 2 1/2 cups pecans in a food processor. Pulse until well combined. Roll into balls. Pulse the remaining 1/2 cups of pecans in the food processor and roll the balls in the gourd pecans. Store in the fridge for a few weeks.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites:
Ingredients for the
3 cups slow cooked oats (uncooked) - or use almond flour
1 cup all natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
3 Tbsp chocolate protein
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup water
* You can add 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, cacoa nibs, or coconut flakes for extra texture. *Suggested serving size 2 balls. Mix everything together and then roll into 1-inch balls. You can eat them right away or put them in the freezer for your on-the-go tasty energy treat!
