FEES AND PROGRAM OPTIONS: I offer Personal Coaching, Couples Coaching, and Group Coaching. PERSONAL LIFE COACHING I will work one-on-one with you as your life is transformed towards fulfillment and success. Personal coaching is for those that are done living with self-sabotaging behaviors and are ready to transform positive change. There are several options to choose from to fit your budget: Option A - $75 This option is for one 50 minute session to deal with one situational issue. This is not for major issues or situations that would require more in-depth work. Option B - $150 per month This bi-weekly option is available for those who will benefit from more in-depth work but due to budget or time constraints are unable to commit to weekly sessions. Our 40 minute coaching sessions will take place two times per month, with a one week break between sessions. A minimum three month commitment is requested. Option C - $350 per month This is the optimal coaching option. With this option, you will receive weekly 50 minute sessions, unlimited email support, and free short interim calls for urgent situations or a quick follow-up. A minimum three month commitment is requested. Fees are payable through PayPal. While payment in full is preferred, I am willing to make payment arrangements under special circumstances. COUPLES COACHING Couple coaching exposes the myths of relationships and marriage and helps restore the spark into the relationship. We do not ‘have’ relationships, we ‘do’ them. Couples move from hit and miss love making to regular romancing and from tolerating one another to a dynamic intimately-connected companionship. Coaching is available for couples in crisis, pre-marriage and re-marriage relationships, empty nesters, couples in life transitions, facing separation or divorce, and for couples in good relationships who desire to make them great. Option A - $300 per couple, per month With this option, sessions are the first three weeks of each month, with the fourth week off. Each session is 55 minutes. You will receive unlimited email support and free short interim calls for urgent situations or a quick follow-up. Option B - $500 per couple, per month This is the optimal Couples Coaching option. You will receive four 55 minute sessions per month as a couple, as well as two 40 minute individual sessions per month per couple. You will also receive unlimited email support and free short interim calls for urgent situations or a quick follow-up.
GROUP COACHING Group coaching is open both to individuals and to couples, depending on the specific group. Eight individuals or three to five couples come together to form a supportive group environment with a specific purpose, theme, or focus in mind. In addition, group coaching provides opportunities for learning from other’s experience, as well as giving and receiving support and encouragement within the group. It is a safe place where you can challenge your beliefs, share your ideas, concerns, and challenges and learn new skills to move you forward. Group formats are very affordable and effective. There are several groups available where you will be able to meet with like-minded peers. Group coaching combines the benefits of individual coaching with the power of group support and accountability providing opportunity to learn, share, and network with others committed to success. Groups meet three times a month for 90 minute sessions and are limited to 8 participants. The calls are scheduled on the same day and time each week. Couple Coaching Group – $350 per couple, per month Three 90 minute sessions per month Marriage and other couple relationships seldom get better by themselves. A method for change is needed. The Couple Coaching Group uses a four-step model for change that is very effective and efficient. The steps are:
Divorce Coaching Group - $350 per couple, per month or $200 per individual per month Three 90 minute sessions per month If you are going through a divorce, you are probably going through one of the most difficult times in your life. It can be hard to see the end of this time, when things will be normal again. The Divorcing Couples Coaching Group is a valuable tool for divorcing couples. Through divorce coaching, you will learn to succeed by applying the following key strategies in your life:
Divorce Recovery Group - $200 per month Three 90 minute sessions per month Sometimes we are blindsided by divorce. We didn’t see it coming and our lives are turned upside down. Even if you wanted the divorce, your life is now suddenly different and unfamiliar. Often times, our families and friends have not experienced divorce. You may be suddenly faced with single parenthood, finding a job after being a stay-at-home mom for years, budgeting, childcare – the list is endless. Emotionally you feel vulnerable and quite possibly alone. If you are newly divorced or suddenly facing a divorce, this is a group of individuals who are walking the same journey that you are. There is wonderful support and a community of others to help move you toward healing and a new life. Infidelity Support Group for Recovering Couples - $350 per couple, per month Three 90 minute sessions per month Infidelity can happen to anybody. If you are a couple that is trying to reconcile after infidelity, then you know what a rollercoaster it can be. The marriage or relationship you had prior to the affair is dead and a new marriage can be rebuilt. There is one caveat however – it takes both partners to be fully committed, completely engaged in the healing process, along with time and patience. This group focuses on healing and moving forward, addressing the steps that need to be taken for full recovery to take place with a strong focus on personal accountability and responsibility. Both partners are 50% responsible for issues in the marriage, but the wayward spouse is 100% responsible for their choice for infidelity. Infidelity is a choice. Trickle truth, blame shifting, and gas lighting stand in the way of a healthy recovery while full compassionate honesty, full transparency, remorse, and commitment are the steps to assisting your spouse to heal and the marriage to recover. Members of this group are in varying stages of recovery and you will benefit greatly from others who are in the same place or who have moved closer towards full healing. Infidelity Busting Group - $200 per month Four 90 minute sessions per month, one 30 minute individual session per month, and unlimited email support between your coach and other group members. Infidelity Busting is ONLY for betrayed spouses who suspect infidelity in their relationships. Here you will not only receive loving support but you will also receive assistance, tips, and methods for gaining undeniable proof. You will receive guidance and support as you plan your confrontation so that you move forward from a position of strength rather than fear. You will benefit from the experiences of the other group members and the close-knit friendships that will be developed. Fees are payable through PayPal. Due to the importance of group continuity, a 6 month commitment is required for all groups, with the opportunity to extend membership for up to a year if you choose. Payments are due the 25th of each month in advance.
