How are Groups Structured?

- As your coach and group facilitator, I begin each session with an opening ritual. This might be a powerful quote, question, short story or poem – something unique to the group or what our topic for that session will be.
- I will then conduct a check-in and receive a quick update from each member. Participants are encouraged to become more present in the group by bringing their intention, focus, energy, curiosity, compassion, and earnest listening to the group.
- Wins and challenges follow. Participants are encouraged to share their wins and/or challenges from the previous week.
- Next we move into the topic of the week where we share experiences, concerns and challenges, questions and answers, open coaching, and commit to action challenges from each member.
- The group ends with a check-out and each member is given the opportunity to share something of value they experienced or learned, that created greater awareness, or something they will take away from the session.
