Top 10 Reasons To Hire a Coach

There are hundreds of things that you can work on with your Coach, but here are the Top 10.

1. You will set far better goals that motivate you in a healthy way. Let’s face it, none of us had Goal Setting 101 in high school.   Enter the Coach, an expert in helping you to identify and set the goals that you really want, not goals that are “shoulds," those of your parents, of society or the advertising giants. Choosing the right goals for you is the key and the Coach takes the necessary time to help you clarify your personal values, so that you have a solid foundation on which to develop your goals. Value-based goals are naturally motivating, but it takes good Coaching to get to these.

2. You'll accomplish goals and tasks and projects much more quickly.
One of the reasons that people hire a Coach is to save themselves time. Working with a Coach, you will learn how to be far more effective, efficient and productive in everything that you do, including your job/business or personal projects. As your Coach, I offer you the tools and techniques to get done in half the time. Even the Coaching process is efficient -- on the phone,  45 minutes a week at a reasonable fee.

3. You'll make fewer mistakes in your business life or in your personal life.
With a Coach, you have a third eye, someone who's been there and who has Coached others in your situation, and an expert in clearing away the mind clutter of self-defeating and limiting beliefs. Think about this: Why do professional athletes need coaches? I mean, they're professionals already at the top of their game. It's so someone can see things from a different viewpoint and help them to improve.

 4. Investing in yourself. Investing in life coaching is investing in you, in your future, your family, and your work. You’re worth it.

5. You'll reduce the number of problems you have and better resolve the problems that are left. When we are faced with problems, we resort to our past learned problem solving skills.  Your Coach can offer an unbiased outside view, teach you new problem solving skills, and help to remove the ‘emotion’ that often clouds our view.  Your Coach is not emotionally attached to the outcome and it isn’t about the Coaches agenda, it is about YOU and helping you to find solutions that support, empower, or enhance YOUR life.

6. You'll have more confidence in reaching your goals. Coaching is a common-sense method for helping people unlock the truth, the power, the dreams, and the goals within them and breaking down barriers preventing them from getting there.

7. You'll be a lot happier and this happiness will last. As a Coach, I can help you to reduce stress, identify and live a life of integrity, develop effective problem solving skills, improve your communication with those in your life, and help you to remove the mind clutter that stands in the way of your success and happiness.

8. You'll be much more effective and influential with others: family, business and personal relationships. Communication greatly affects life. A Coach is an expert communicator and trains clients on how to come across better, relate well with others, listen elegantly, influence without manipulation, motivate and support others. There are numerous communication and listening skills that clients can learn from a Coach.

9. You'll become much more attractive to others -- on the inside and on the outside. As you gain confidence in your life, happiness, and the inner serenity of living in integrity with who you are, it will show not only on the outside but on the inside as well.  You will become much less reactionary, more calm and self assured.  Happiness and a sense of calm are infectious.

10. You'll have a better life, not just a better lifestyle. What does Quality of Life mean to you?  Often times we yearn for a better life but have not identified exactly what that looks like for ourselves.  Society may tell us that it means a certain income, married with 2 kids and the white picket fence.  That’s great for ‘society’ but does it fit you?  When you create your own life that aligns with who you are and what you believe, you are then living your life ‘on purpose’.  What better way to having a better life?

If you were living your ideal life, what would you be doing?

You know what you should be doing, but you can't implement it into your life...
What is holding you back?
